Ross Coffman
President
Before entering private service Richard “Ross” Coffman was a United States Army lieutenant general who had been the Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army Futures Command since October 2022. He previously served as director of the Next Generation Combat Vehicle Cross Functional Team from August 2018 to August 2022. Coffman attended Harvard University, Embry Riddle University, and Centre College.

Eric is a serial entrepreneur who successfully navigated the so-called valley of death. Eric is a National Inventors Hall of Fame Honoree, and a National Capital Business Ethics Award Winner who received one of NASA's highest civilian honors. Eric founded Forward Edge-Al to leverage Al to continue his passionate work of enhancing public safety and national security.

Christina Chapman is a results-driven financial leader with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, and analysis. She brings deep expertise in accounting standards, audit readiness, and internal controls, supported by an active security clearance. Known for her strategic thinking and analytical strength, Christina drives performance through coaching, team development, and process improvement. At Forward Edge AI, she focuses on integrating artificial intelligence to enhance financial operations, improve efficiency, and enable data-informed, responsible decision-making.
Melissa Pugh
VP, Human Resources
Melissa is a retired military officer with over 30 years of progress experience in Civilian, DoD, and Military Human Resources experience. Melissa recieved her commissioning from John Hopkins University and has been recognized as the Adjutant General Soldier of the Year in the US Army. Melissa was hired by Forward Edge-AI by way of the DoD SkillBridge Program and is recognized for delivering energetic, team-focused, solutions-oriented leadership. She has a proven track record in driving change to optimize performance, meet company objectives and is passionate about delivering organizational goal using AI to assist in alleviating any functional pains by allowing our organization to perform activities better and faster.
Andre "Dre" Abadie, PhD
Executive Vice President of Advanced Research and Technology
Dr. Dre is an accomplished technology and national security expert with over 25 years of experience applying emerging technologies to network services and cybersecurity. Dr. Dre is known for his deep understanding of the intersection of automation, analytics, and autonomy and how these technologies can be applied to modern defense strategies. Throughout his career, Dre has held pivotal roles, including serving as a Senior Solution Architect for VMware and a Technical Advisor to the Deputy Commanding General of Army Futures Command (AFC). He holds advanced degrees in Information Technology Management and Cybersecurity and has earned multiple certifications in cloud security, data analytics, and project management.
Norman Donalson
VP, Customer Operations
Norman is a skilled IT digital transformation strategist with over 10 years experience in large scale IT system implementations, enterprise transformation strategy development, IT consulting, and business development. He’s worked with several government agencies and Fortune 100 companies to successfully migrate and transform business operations, ensuring communication, execution, and delivery is consistently provided. AI has begun to play a large role in product delivery and increasing quality standards across industries. Norman feels AI will continue to largely influence these areas and wants to ensure customer trust and involvement is at the forefront of AI expansion which helps mitigate societal prejudice and unintended consequences.

Lt. General Twitty retired from the United States Army with over 36 years of distinguished military service as an infantry officer in the United States Army. He commanded units in nearly every echelon and served in five combat tours to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Lt. General Twitty also served in the Pentagon on the Joint Staff and Army Staff, United States European Command, United States Northern Command, United States Army Central Command, United States Army Forces Command, International Security Assistance Force-Afghanistan, and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe. Lt. General Twitty is the founder of Twitty and Associates LLC, a consulting and advisory firm that specializes in strategic and operational planning.
